The VFW Canteen was the scene for Christmas Festivities. We hosted a Kid’s Christmas party on December 18th. The party was open to all children aged infant to 11 years old. Cookies and hot chocolate were provided by the Canteen. It is almost impossible to determine how many people (adults and children) attended, but 30 Christmas stockings were given to kids. Both Santa and the Grinch were in attendance!

On Sunday, the 22nd members of the post gathered in the Canteen to celebrate Christmas. There was a lot of coming and going, but we estimate 20 to 30 of our members attended the party. One of Santa’s elves was tending bar!
